1. Who we are

New Money is operated from Dubai, UAE. For privacy questions, contact hello@newmoney.me.

2. What we collect

Application data: name, email, phone, age, country, current situation, income, goals, hours per week, and your written answers.
Marketing attribution: referrer URL and UTM parameters present in the URL when you visit.
Anonymous analytics: pageviews, button clicks, and conversion events tied to a per-session random ID. No cookies are used for analytics.
Optional email capture: if you submit your email via the exit-intent prompt, we store it to send you the Founder's Memo.

3. How we use it

To review your application, contact you about membership, send the Founder's Memo if requested, and understand how our site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data.

4. Storage & retention

Application data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate your application and operate the program. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@newmoney.me.

5. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the site (hosting, database, transactional email). We never share for advertising.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@newmoney.me to exercise any of these rights.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie/localStorage entry to remember your theme preference and dismissed banners. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change.
